Crysis 2 is a reality

Now it is a reality. Yes, Crysis 2 is a reality. EA and Crytek recently announced it during the EA’s big E3 press conference on Tuesday. The companies are not talking more about the game itself. Not even in any interview. It has been seen shortly before the press conference with Crytek boss Cevat Yerli and EA Partners head David DeMartini.

At present, both the companies are quite happy of sticking with the announcement. Yerli and DeMartini says that the deal for EA to publish Crysis 2 for the PC, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3 is an extension of earlier deal for Crysis and Crysis Warhead.
Oh! Yes, Crysis 2 is multiplatform and not a PC-exclusive title.

Cevat Yerli said that the very competitiveness of Crytek was at stake. He said that the Crysis game was successful from a critical and commercial angle. Yerli said, “Going forward we need to be more profitable, and the only way to do that is logically to move our company toward the consoles.”
