Crysis 2 details emerge
The first authentic details on Crysis 2 have been brought to public notice, through a German PC magazine.
The multiplatform Crysis-2 - which is set in a devastated New York City, three years later to the events unfolding in its prequel has been confirmed to be available for PC, PS3 and Xbox 360
After being showed the xbox version, PCGames mag has come out and said that Crysis-2 ranks amongst best looking games on any system available out there.
The Nanosuit 2.0, intoduced in this sequel adds a new ‘tactics’ mode to the skills roster, aiding players to harness information about the environment, enemy positions and fallen soldiers. A preview of this feature has been nicely brought out in the original teaser of Crysis 2
The suit will still consist of four modes in all but pertaining to requests made by many Crysis players, ‘power’ and ’speed’ modes have been amalgamated.
In accordance with Crytek, the devastated metropolis setting enables it to introduce more vertical gameplay to the game, which will enable players to plan their attacks from top view and hopefully, promote some glider action. A deeper storyline and a handful of surprises are also to be expected according to Crytek.
What is left to see is… Vanquish and Crysis 2; which will reign supreme amongst the city super-soldier games? Time will only tell.
